Lois graduated from the University of Denver College of Law and is licensed in both Colorado and Arizona. She has been practicing law for 27 years, primarily in the bankruptcy and family law area. Lois is the past president of the Adams County Bar Association and she is active in the Broomfield Bar Association and the Bankruptcy and family law subsection of the Colorado Bar Association. She was appointed by the Chief Justice of the Colorado Supreme Court to serve on the judicial performance commission of Adams County in 1998, and served as a member for 8 years. She maintains excellent working relationships with the US Trustees’ Office and has filed thousands of successful bankruptcies. Lois fosters a good working relationship with the Judiciary of Adams and Broomfield Counties, where her family law practice is concentrated.
